This week marks the half way point in the dinosaur pattern portion of the Crochet Dinosaur Series, and here to join her friends is Tracey the Triceratops.
Whilst Terry the Pterodactyl was the first dinosaur I completed, I actually had made a portion of Tracey the Triceratops much earlier in the year, when I designed the Dinosaur Baby Comforter. I had to adapt the patterns size to make her a little larger to fit in with the sizes of the new dinosaurs, but her head is based on my original comforter.
Tracey, like Angie, has very little sewing, with her horns and legs made in advance and added as you go. Even then crest is crocheted directly onto her head, so you only have to sew in those dreaded ends! Tracey is also the smallest of the land dinosaur’s as well as my favourite, although that may have something to do with her being purple!
Tracey the Triceratops is the same in her smaller and larger version and you can find all the instructions you need to make her by clicking on her name.
The Dinosaur eBook contains the patterns for the 4 dinosaur patterns that have so far been released. In addition, it contains the 4 dinosaur patterns which are coming over the next 4 weeks, plus the patterns for the playmats, trees, volcano and dinosaur storage bag. In addition it has the bonus patterns for the dinosaur comforter and baby blanket. If you are too impatient to wait for everything to be released, or would like all these patterns available in one convenient place then the eBook will be for you. The link to purchase this Ebook will be released on my Facebook page TOMORROW!
I hope you enjoy making Tracey the Triceratops, and look forward to seeing you next week for the release of another dinosaur pattern.
