Crochet Dinosaur Series – Daisy the Diplodocus
For those of you who preferred to wait for the release of this week’s dinosaur, rather than buy the ‘Crochet Dinosaur eBook’, I have a new dinosaur pattern for you, Daisy the Diplodocus.
Daisy is the only land dinosaur who I made in two very different colours; orange for the smaller dinosaur, and a colour changing turquoise for the larger dinosaur. I think she looks cute in both versions, and have been unable to decide which version I prefer. Whichever colour you pick though, Daisy is made with join as you go limbs and only one colour, making her super easy to work up with no sewing.
Her neck makes good use of short row shaping, which features in a few of my dinosaur patterns. If you haven’t used it before, then I have included some helpful notes to get you started, and you may even be a pro at it by the time you have completed all these patterns.
You can find the pattern for Daisy the Diplodocus by clicking on her name.
Finally, a huge thank you to everyone who has liked, shared and entered my competition to win one of 2 eBooks. I am so excited by the response I have had and amazed by how much you all love these dinosaurs. As promised, the two winners have been drawn by random generator and will need to either email me or send me a Facebook message to arrange received your ‘Crochet Dinosaur eBook’. The winners are Leslie Garcia and Gloria Arnold. Congratulations and please get in contact with me!
As a thank you for everyone else, I will be doing flash sale of my eBook so for the next 48 hours you can get my eBook for 50% off with this coupon code ‘DINOSAUR’ on my etsy store.
I hope you enjoy making Daisy and adding her to her friends. Join me next week for our last land dinosaur.
